Since the launch of MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching) in 1999, Dr. Moustapha Diack has been instrumental in shaping its global impact and outreach. As one of the earliest contributors and network builders, he worked closely with the MERLOT leadership, traveling worldwide to conduct faculty training and institutional capacity-building programs on open educational resources (OER).
